Finally the wind has started.
Posted by: | CommentsGot off to a slow start with the wind this year but now we have a great forecast for the week and really looking forward to getting back into it again. Super excited that the Christmas winds have finally started.
New season has begun!!!
Posted by: | CommentsI just arrived in St.Kitts to meet St.Kitts Kiteboarding ‘s new kite instructor Mark Moore. Mark has extensive knowledge in kitesurfing. He just finished a kite surfing wave contest in Peru with the top pros from around the world. Mark is into regular surfing as well so he will be heading up our new surfing division, a great complimentary activity to kiteboarding especially on those no wind days. After spending a few days with Mark, he really shares the same passion for kiteboarding as I do. Mark is very energetic and eager to start teaching. I know that this will be the best season in St.Kitts yet.

Found a kiteboarding heaven in St.Kitts
Posted by: | CommentsAlthough I was super happy to find an incredible spot with flat water in Nevis, my quest to find similar conditions in St.Kitts continued. Now I kited in flat water here before but you need the right wind direction and the spots weren’t exactly ideal. Like a dirty pond or by the marriott can be great but only for one or two experienced riders because there is not much downwind space. Once again Michel’s knowledge of the island finally led John and I to the north end of the island. Well we found a kite heaven!!! A spot similar to Nevis there is endless amount of flat water, lots of beach space for kite set up, small waves to jump off and of coarse a beautiful scenery.
You can’t get better conditions then that!!!
